Felner investigation now involving several school districts nationally

WHAS11 has learned that the Robert Felner investigation has expanded into even more parts of the country....During WHAS11’s own investigation, it was discovered that federal agents have been in contact with the New York State Middle School Association and the Atlanta Public School System, in connection with research studies he conducted there.

In both cases, Felner directed "hi places" surveys using his national center on public education to perform work. Atlanta Public Schools has refused to release documents pertaining to those studies to us because of the ongoing investigation.
