Apparently Anne Northup still believes actual work was going on at U of L under grants obtained by former Dean Robert Felner through earmarks arranged by Northup. Too bad for Felner and Northup that no one in the Jefferson County schools ever heard of them.
She regrets the "investigation is going on" but Northup stopped short of assuring the public that it will all turn out OK.
