A source connected to the Kentucky Department of Education told KSN&C this afternoon that the strange viral illness which befell Education Commissioner Jon Draud is related to a stroke.No details are available at this time, but KDE is expected to comment soon.
The Commissioner is said to be in improved spirits owing to a positive prognosis.
