(FRANKFORT, Ky.) – The School Curriculum, Assessment and Accountability Council (SCAAC) will meet Tuesday, September 18, in the State Board Room on the first floor of the Capital Plaza Tower in Frankfort.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. Agenda items include discussion of norm-referenced testing, data releases and proficiency standards for English-language learners.
The 17 voting member council, appointed by the governor, advises the Kentucky Board of Education on the testing and accountability system and curriculum issues.
