Op Ed draws connection between education and economic development

Joe Reagan is the president and CEO of Greater Louisville Inc., the Metro Chamber of Commerce. While I'm not at all sure that SBs 1 & 2 are structured properly (I think signing bonuses are probably a better option than the proposed solutions) His Op Ed in the Courier-Journal is worth reading for its connection of education to Kentucky's future prosperity.
