I am surprised that social servcies weren't contacted or that he wasn't arrested for illegal discharge of a firearm. Poor child was probably traumatize. Now the school will probably have to get her some counseling as well as a replacement phone to overcome her sense of helplessness. Having been bullied by her father, she will no doubt become a bully herself as well as have negative feelings about communication. Probably will be uneducatable and unemployable due to this horrible event in her tender years. She should hire herself a good lawyer.
