The commish is being sued by Rosalind Hurley-Richards, a former teacher of the year in Fayette County.

I think this is something the public really does need to know.

Hope you'll agree.

Time....

I haven't even been able to do my FCPS open records requests (I wanted to do over the break) yet. : (

But I did get two articles out. : )

I'll see what I can do.

Richard, do you think that when a person files an Open Records Request the powers that be check to see if the requester is employed by the public schools? Just thinking...I'm a teacher and would like to file one, but Stu scares me.

Well, there's no way to file one anonymously. I think you'd have to assume that Stu would find out. Whenever, I've had to respond to an open records request, my first thought was, "Who wants it?"
