Will Dr. Stu silberman be speaking tonight? In a way, he wrote the book on education in Kentucky. As readers will recall from his tenure in the Fayette County Public Schools, Dr. Silberman was the first to inauguarate "child centered" school reform in the Commonwealth.
Uhhhhh. No. I do not expect Mr Silberman to speak. Just ol' Bill.
