It is a little disappointing she wasn't taught not to dial 911 unless it was an emergency, but even more disappointing she would just give her address out to anyone who asked for it!! Hopefully this opened her parents eyes and she has now learned a few things. I have so many questio...This story truly amazes me. I have so many questions! Did her mother not teach her that 911 is only for emergencies? I know that she is only four but I feel that my parent’s where a little more aware of what I was doing. Also, how can a deactivated phone actually call 911?
