After 3 years still only 60 % of teachers are entering lessons plans or units and then it is primarily participation from the bigger districts. Sounds like most counties/educators aren't using it unless they have to.<br /><br />So can anyone answer this question - why is it that big hunks of cash are available for KDE to spend on this but if districts take it over under the same legislative mandates, there won't be any funding for their efforts? <br /><br />Same old story, KDE knows what is best for the districts but somehow it is the districts that are doing all the work to get the student progress not KDE. In this instance we have a solution to a problem which KDE concocted so legislators would provide them funds to address according to their ends and methods.<br /><br />Another question, if this is such a great product, why isn't everyone using it.
