How abo..."Where would we get the money?" How about addressing the larger problem engaging in a comprehensive updating of our current state tax codes? How about laws and policies which encourage economic growth instead of listening to a governor brag about how effective our new health care program is for folks who can't afford those services in the first place. <br /><br />I can remember hearing older folks say "we were so poor, we didn't know there was a depression." I am thinking the same sort of holds true now. Our per pupil spending is embarssing compared to many states, especially for a state that is suppose to be a leader that others are looking toward in the area of education.<br />Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
